Forester - Murphy Forest Management LLC

 Based in Central New York, Murphy Forest Management (MFM) serves landowners throughout New York and Maine, focusing on bringing integrity and forestry expertise to woods no matter the size or location. MFM is led by Kellen Murphy, the Senior Certified Forester and founder of Murphy Forest Management. He is an SAF Certified Forester, Technical Service Provider through NRCS, DEC Cooperating Forester, Licensed Commercial Applicator in New York, and a Master Applicator in the state of Maine. Kellen also serves as the active Chairman of the NYS Tree Farm Program.

Kellen Murphy is assisted by a staff of five including Emma Goertzen.  Emma has a Master’s in Forestry from SUNY ESF, extensive experience in land and horticulture management and provides clients with expertise they need to improve their land and help it flourish.

Accountants- Flaherty Salmin, CPAs

Flaherty Salmin, CPAs is a full-service professional firm of Certified Public Accountants serving national Affordable Housing clients, Monroe County area businesses, and individual clients. Tim Flaherty is the Managing Partner of Flaherty Salmin CPAs and oversees the affordable housing practice of the firm, consulting on low-income-housing tax credits and other affordable housing programs throughout the development process.  He graduated from St. Bonaventure University and currently serves as a finance committee member of Action for a Better Community (ABC), is a board member and director of event fundraising for the ABC Foundation, board member of the Wilson Commencement Park and Sojourner House and Treasurer and Executive Board Member of the New York State Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH).
